Although the view isn't great, there is an observation deck overlooking the city. There's free parking and a vending machine in the disabled toilet, so it's a place that's easy for many people to use. There's a smoking area, but there's an ashtray at the entrance to the toilet, so secondhand smoke can be a concern.
