Our registration with IATA’s Travel Industry Designator Service (TIDS) gives Booked AI a recognised travel-seller identity. Our TIDS code identifies our business and its bookings to airlines, hotels, car rental companies and reservation systems.
Our GDS and supplier relationships connect us to travel content and booking infrastructure. These agreements govern the inventory, fares and servicing available through each connection, together with ticketing and settlement arrangements. TIDS establishes our industry identity; these separate commercial relationships provide access to content and fulfilment.

Peter Simson
Non Executive Director
Peter has spent more than two decades building businesses at the point where travel, experiences and technology meet.
In 2001 he co-founded RedBalloon, which grew into Australia's leading online experiences marketplace. It reached more than $60M in annual turnover with some 1,000 suppliers across Australia and New Zealand, and spent six straight years on the BRW Fast 100 list. While there, he created GoDo, a world-first real-time booking platform for tours and activities, which Wotif acquired in 2010.
He went on to head up the FinTech "Skaffold", building a web platform that helped retail investors manage ASX and global share portfolios.
Before becoming an entrepreneur, Peter spent 11 years with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) in Australia and overseas. He then ran Westpac's corporate advisory subsidiary and later founded and sold his own corporate advisory firm. He was the writer on small business for BRW, presented business commentary on TV, and has advised organisations from leading fashion label Realisation Par to the Melbourne Cricket Club.
Deborah Kiers
Non Executive Director
Deborah is an experienced Chair, Non-Executive Director, Strategic Advisor and Consultant. She has over two decades of advisory, consulting and executive coaching experience to boards, CEOs and executive teams across a range of industries including financial services, energy, resources, industrials, technology and infrastructure, in Australia and internationally. She has worked with start-up and medium-size companies with product development and strategic partnerships to support scaling up, in addition to transforming the growth and performance of medium and large listed and unlisted companies.
As Managing Director and founding partner of JMW Consultants (Asia Pacific), Deborah built the practice into a highly successful business. She is known for building synergies between leadership, strategy, culture and performance, as well as transforming business models and culture.
Deborah is currently on the Board of IFM Investors, a global fund manager with $300bn assets under management and 17 offices globally, where she Chairs the Responsible Investment and Sustainability Committee. She was previously Chair of Tiverton Global Pty Ltd, a Non-Executive Director of ME Bank, Bank of Queensland and Downforce Technologies (UK).
