I came here on December 31st. I bought the tickets on the spot since I failed to buy it by WeChat. The Museum display the comprehensive information about life: its origin, the big bang theory, cosmological phenomena, human evolution, kingdom classifications, the animal survival, minerals, and many more.

The must-visit in Shanghai. Easy to access. Take metro line 13. Buy ticket at the entrance or better buying online, check-in with passport to receive qr code ticket.

You WILL argue and wait a long time. The museum is great and worth the money. Otherwise it is a hell of a place to be. Will wait around an hour in line, argue with a few people, get cut in line, and just crushed inside the exhibition with a the crowds. TOO MANY PEOPLE.
