Very nice local City Museum (2019) as excellent cultural and Historical Expeditions. The visit will take 60-100 Minutes. Not recommended for Children. The museum is fully inspired from the environment. It was a nice preparation for our City walk to understand the background of local Culture.

This is a free facility near Gyokusen Park. Tompa script is a hieroglyphic writing system still in use today by the Naxi people.

This relatively new museum is at the entrance to the Black Dragon Pool park and is free to enter. It is designed to show the domba culture of the local people, and does a very good job at this. There are very good examples and explanations of the Domba picturegram language and characters, similar to Egyptian hieroglyphics but much simpler literal and easier to understand. Also other features of Domba culture. There are many explanations in English so it is easy for tourists to understand. Allow
