We considered a few options to view the Christmas lightups in Seoul and decided to visit the Cathedral at it was situated at the end of Myeongdong shopping street. It is open to public as long as you don't enter into the buildings without permission. It was lovely at night with all the lightings and easily accessible by subway.

"The Pause Place" from your shopping madness 🤣
Catholic church at the Myeongdong area, a must visit shopping district at Seoul. This Gothic church at the top of the stairs is lovely and a great place to pray and attend mass many times a day. Clean, silent, and wonderful lighting at night. They've two Mary Grotto at front and back of the church. Dont forget to pray, especially when you're run out of money when shopping 😜
Must visit 👍👍👍👍👍

A very unique design and architecture context for a historic church with overall design focuses on Gothic victorian context as i know with great outer park and facilities provided. There is no specific time to visit the exterior part of the area and maybe has to follow the church timing to visit for the sermon or other services. Overall design looks like in an Europe

A must visit place of worship in the Myeongdong area. All faiths are welcome to visit and witness the magnificent structure. It has an underground mall, cafe and small shops below the main structure. Rules are posted by the entrance and must be followed to maintain order and a sense of calm and peace in the property.

A church wit distinctive architectural style and character. The pipe organ is large, but unfortunately there was no chance to experience its heavenly sound. When I inquired about the pipe organ performance schedule at the church's shop, the staff were completely clueless.
