I had to queue for hours to buy the lucky bracelet I wanted. The temple is beautiful and sacred. I paid respects to all the deities and Buddha images. Entering the temple to pray doesn't require queuing; the only queue was when buying the bracelet.

Longhua Temple with Longhua Pagoda is the largest and oldest temple in Shanghai. The temple was built in the 3rd century, which was damaged and renovated over the centuries. The temple has a history of 1700 years and various dynasties have added their own style of architectural structure in the temple complex.
It has many as other Buddhist temples in the complex, such as Maitreya Hall, Mahavir Hall, Devaraja Hall, the Bell tower and Drum tower etc. The Bell Tower has a large bronze Bell of 2 me
