Hongfa Temple

What a wonderful complex of buildings built to house a Buddhist community anchored by a temple. It makes a change to see such a recent construction which dates back only to 1983. It's also wonderful to see many young local residents paying worship to their Budda's. It's traditional to enter and light 3 incense to sticks to burn, make a wish & then leave them with all others.

Its easy to get too as you can get a bus just past the main Park entrance gate to get there. I paid 4.60 yuan for my roun

Well designed complex with two big 10.000-Buddas temples. At the top you can get a bowl of tasty meal for free. The way to the temple is quite an experience. 2-3 km hike is full of well preserved natural gardens.

Good visit to view the fabulous temple. The energy here is peaceful and calm, although they are many visitors here. Worth a visit while walking around the Fairylake botanical gardens.

Take the bus from main entrance costs rmb3 one way. The bus drops nearby to the temple, and just a short walk away. You can donate to the temple as well by cash or Alipay. Definitely worth the visit!

There is pagoda up the hill, which we didn't visit, but looks like a way walk up there.

Amazing stone carvings of Buddha and Kuan Yin up the mountains. Fresh air and a good walk.

Good review for this temple. You can see 1000++ of Buddha statue & Guam-im statue. However it's limit parking. and if you need packing you need to download app & booking in advance.
