The view is fine, the grilling is obstructive for phone taking. BTW, most downtown historical monuments are shadowed by other modern buildings. That is not the fault of the TV tower

Even though food in a rotating restaurant would be strange to Europeans this place should definitively be on your map. City view is spectacular, maybe even the best in the city, and museum is more than interesting. I recommend late afternoon visit so you catch a view of the city by day and by night.
