As a Titanium member, The Ritz-Carlton, Beijing offered one of the best hotel experiences Ive had in recent years. The facilities are above average even by Ritz-Carlton standards, and the overall environment and atmosphere made the stay extremely enjoyable. What truly makes this hotel stand out is the staff team--especially Victoria. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. Once the team learned that our trip was for the wedding ceremony, they even prepared a surprise
