Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. The location was very walkable across the city about a 15 minute walk to the Christmas markets. I highly recommended the breakfast buffet as it has many delicious options including an omelette bar.

Very nice, spacious hotel. Parking is available for 20 EUR/day. The rooms are clean. The mattresses are quite soft, but that is typical in most hotels. I appreciate the in-room electric kettle, iron, ironing board, and other amenities. Breakfast was very good. The only things I would improve are, for example, the ventilation/extraction in the bathroom/toilet, and more information about the credit card deposit before the reception asks for your credit card.

This hotel gets a 10 out of 10. Reception staff has been the whole time very attentive and super friendly. Water and chocolate sweets every day - this was very special and thanks for that! Pool (a little bit too cold) and Sauna really nice and the whole place was very well tidy cleaned. The floors are very elegant and a great smell everywhere.
