Wonderful rooms in old town. Check the suite number when booking. We were in VII and it was right at the top of old town, many steps but actually only 5 min walk from the main stradun. The rooms aren’t serviced. They offered late check out and staff were friendly. Just fyi - open plan showering / bath.

We had an amazing time in Dubrovnik, it is the most beautiful city. We stayed with friends at la vita e Bella and everyone was very happy with their rooms. Darija was amazing and we are so grateful for all her help when one of our friends had to cancel due to her father being very ill. The location is amazing , the rooms were clean and spacious and I would totally recommend to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. Make sure you book a reservation in the panorama restaurant which you need to get to by cable

Very nice room in a great location. Quiet and I felt pampered with the robe and slippers and big tub. Downsides: it’s on the top floor so I had hard time carrying up and down my Luggage with no elevator. Also they offered a parking spot that was a hard 16 minute walk. I’d probably Pay extra to park closer to the gate if I stayed there again. Here is a picture of Marco Polo restaurant which will help you find your accommodations.
