Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about the selection, but he went above and beyond by treating us to some complimentary wine. It’s rare to find that level of hospitality these days. We had had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable—it's within short walking distance of the city center and main attractions, yet the room was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Being so close to the metro made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Location couldn't be better if you're visiting Porto for a short time. The building itself and the interior are also nice. Staff is friendly and professional. Room was dark, quiet and spacious (Palace Suite Duplex). The Spa has generous opening hours. Definitely nice for business travel f.e. It might not compare with 5 star suites in other countries but I'd probably take this hotel on any future Porto trip.
