Overall, I had a great stay and would stay here in the future. The apartment is very close to the River, restaurants, boat rides, the bridge, etc. It rained quite a bit while I was there and there was a leak in the hallway and water closet, but I was able to get some extra towels and Guest Ready provided me with a partial refund for the situation. I was very happy with this resolution and was still able to enjoy my stay.

The unit was in a great location (up a hill but it’s Porto!) close to restaurants, services and landmarks. There was plenty of space, a comfortable sofa to watch TV and lots of light opening the balcony doors. (Too bad It rained most of the time we were there.) The bedroom was a bit tight on space but adequate for sure. The mattress was ok; a pad or topper would be good. The only issue was that parking details were not included with the checkin details so we paid for parking and hauled our lugga

Everything was lovely and like new. It was a very spacious and bright apartment with quality fittings, appliances, bed linen and fluffy white towels.. The decor was very tasteful. It was very convenient for transport, restaurants and shops, as well as attractions. They even provided a room refresh service! There is a lift and the building is very secure. Highly recommend this property , it is excellent value for money. Thanks
