This is an amazing property located right across the Rehin river with a panoramic view of the Cologne cathedral. The real jem of the hotel is through the classy yet comfortable service from all the staff on site. Check in was such a wonderful experience. It was warm and effortless with no frills and no fuss. All the staff on site were smart competent and classy. In room dining arrived in less than 20mins exactly as foretold. There was never a dull moment while waiting for service requested. Br

Fantastic Hyatt property. The location is perfect if you are interested in one of the most picturesque views in the world. It's about a 10-12 minute walk across the bridge and it can get quite cold in the winter so be aware. We were okay with the walk and the few times we ended up walking across town we took an uber back that was very affordable. Robes and slippers in the room were a nice touch and the actual room was very large for a standard king room. It was great to have some extra space.

Our family loved it! We were able to stay with our American family at the Hyatt Regency in December for the Christmas markets. It was amazing. Super convenient location with everything in walkable distance , clean rooms, and they also had an American working there. That was such a unique experience while traveling the world as a family for 3 weeks. Due to his impeccable service, we really felt like home. What a nice place to stay! We 🫶🏾 Hyatt Cologne

The hotel is a little dated and I would love to see a renovation to make it more modern, but I still had a good stay overall. I was upgraded in advance to a 1 king bed rhine view room, but I asked if there were any suites available at check in and was given an upgrade to the last one. The suite is huge, there’s even a small area with a desk and guest bathroom, and a dining table for 4. And for a hotel with furnishings that aren’t too modern, the TV was large and pretty good quality for a hotel

This hotel boasts one of the best locations in Cologne, offering the most spectacular views. The premium price is entirely justified only if you book a room with the Cathedral and River View. The evening visuals at sunset from these rooms are truly breathtaking.
