Schokoladenmuseum can be easily accessible as there's a bus stop in front of it. In Dec, I won't recommend visiting this area , especially with kids, as there is a Xmas market right in front of it. So you can imagine the crowd. Overall, the museum is amazing. The ladies WC has very long queue but for gents it's easy. The staff members behaved well. They were offering some chocolates to everyone. The museum has a mini factory, which shows the chocolate making process in live. This place is very e

We visited the Lindt Chocolate Museum and absolutely loved it! First of all, the museum’s restaurant is excellent - high-quality food, incredible chocolate, great service, and a beautiful view (definitely best to visit during daylight).

The museum itself is very well-organized, high-quality, and full of original and fascinating exhibits. Everything is clear, engaging, and beautifully presented.

I enjoyed it so much and truly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Sometimes a sticker lets you know that you can watch something through the exhibited window. Sometimes

I loved the experience. The staff from fountain chocolate was amazing and nice. The entrance staff who scans the tickets was not very polite or welcoming but the staffs inside wearing white baker uniforms are exceptionally friendly. Since this experience my chocolate selection has leveled up, we but lindt in groceries now weekly 🤭

Location is convenient along the river so if one is coming from a river cruise docking, can walk over in minutes. There are a lot of people, so would recommend booking tickets ahead of time. We decided to go late and managed to get 2 of the last 3 tickets within the 2 hrs before closing. Do note that there are discount tickets closer to end of day for a reason. The stations close half an hour before the entire museum close (6pm close then 5:30pm stations are cleared). With the amount of people,
