⭐ Guest Review
We stayed during the busy Easter period, which we understand is a peak time, but unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. On the first day, we skipped breakfast due to a 20-minute wait for a table. When we were finally seated, we were placed at a table with strangers, so we decided to leave—but we still payed for it. Most of the staff weren’t particularly welcoming, except for one kind team member who helped us change our breakfast time. On the second day, we did manage to have breakfast (at a different time), but that too was a hassle. We initially waited for 15 minutes before returning to our room, then came back after 30 minutes. Fortunately, we didn’t have to wait that time. The breakfast itself was good, and we enjoyed the food. As for the room—we had booked a “deluxe” room, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the title. At first glance, it looked nice, but it did not meet our expectations. The fridge smelled unpleasant and was not clean. One of the wooden floorboards was broken, and the beds were quite old. The bathroom was decent, except for one major issue: the shower. There was no curtain or screen, which meant the entire bathroom—including the toilet—ended up soaked after each use. At night, the room became very hot, which was uncomfortable, especially considering it was only April and we had the windows open. Finally, regarding the swimming and wellness area: the facilities themselves are great, but the water was too cold. I believe guests would enjoy it much more if the water temperature was higher. Personally, I found it too cold to stay in for long.
