I had a lovely stay, great customer service and communication. Great location for all your Plovdiv activities, only a short walk into the main pedestrian street. Opposite the bus depot and less than 5mins from other bus depot and train station. Will recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean stay.

The hotel is located in five minutes from central train station and in 15 minutes from city center. Staff is very polite. Very good service. The hotel is clеаn.

I stayed there in March 2025 for one night on my way from Bansko to Varna. It takes only about 5 minutes to walk from the train station to this place. The self check-in is effortless. It takes only about 10 minutes to reach the beautiful “Tsar Simeon Garden” Park via a historic street. The host Stan is very responsive. You can get help from him instantly. The building is a historic old building, but the room is very clean and modern. There are plenty of stores around to get whatever you need. I

The photos make it seem like there's a reception desk. BUT THERE'S NOT. If your phone doesn't work, it's because you're from abroad. The situation is truly dire. It's impossible to get in through the main door. I think it's because the room has already been paid for. The entrance code should be given directly to the customers. The internet connection is very good. It is a very clean establishment.
