Great location, just 3 minutes walk to the gondola. Surrounded by pubs and restaurants so not far walk for food and drinks and ski hire places. Even supermarkets are nearby, perfect if u have young kids and want a self catering option. Good value for money, and great host in Andy. He can arrange everything you need for a ski holiday. And if you want a cheeky pint, he is your man too. Cheers kelvin and the girls.

First, let me tell you that the review concerns the restaurant and the spa only, without the accommodaiton. The complex was made with a plan- there is a big, well maintained inside garden which keeps you cool during the Summer. The outdoor pool is small but it is left totally uncontrolled- kids are jumping in the water all the time, adults play volleyball. You can not swim, you can not rest and you can not even stay longer in the pool without having a conflict situation with other guests. The st

Location is good (hence the 2 stars). The Aspen itself offers very poor customer service, the staff look like they’d rather be anywhere else but on the front desk and aren’t very helpful. The room itself was dusty, cupboards were hanging off and the sofa was covered in hairs from other previous guests and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There was also no plates, cutlery, etc. in the cupboards so if you wanted to have drinks, food in then the option wasn’t there to do so. Would
