We recently celebrated Christmas and New Year at St. Ivan Rilski Hotel in Bansko, and it was fantastic. The food was excellent—delicious variety, high quality, and festive flair. The program was engaging and well organized, keeping everyone entertained throughout the holidays. A standout for us was the very nice kids’ disco, which kept the little ones thrilled and delighted. Warm pool water and superb service completed a flawless stay. Highly recommended!

Everything about our stay was outstanding. The hygiene was impeccable, and the food was of top-quality, fresh and very well prepared. A special mention goes to the staff, especially the reception team – extremely kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They made us feel comfortable and well taken care of from the very first moment. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone lo

One of the best places that me and my family will visit again. It was birthday to my little son filling 9 years of age and the staff do a great surprise first in our room they left a wine and cookies, and then for the dinner they do another surprise for my son they bring him a birthday cake. He was very happy 😊. The pools are very beautiful, food is excellent ( a great variety of it ), rooms clean. The staff is so synchronise, smiling and everything is under control without talking to much. To s

We stayed here at the end of August as a family of five (parents + 3 kids, ages 4, 4, and 8), and I can honestly say this is probably the best hotel I’ve ever been to! The spa center is absolutely amazing — pools, jacuzzis, and what feels like more than ten different saunas. The staff is incredibly warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The food is just perfect — everything we tried was delicious, and there wasn’t a single dish we didn’t want to taste. I even gained 3 kilos duri

Great hotel and spa facility. The food was lovely with a big selection at breakfast and dinner time. We arrived late and even got a little snack pack which was a nice touch. The hotel offer a free shuttle in the morning and afternoon from the gondola. Try to avoid taxis as they are a total rip off. Only issue I’d say is the noise in the rooms. You can hear guests talking in the rooms next door which lead to us being woken multiple nights with snoring. Would stay again but would recommend ear plu
