The Four Seasons Beijing is my favourite hotel in Beijing (and honestly one of my favourites anywhere). I’ve stayed in many hotels worldwide and across China, and the level of personalized service and attention to detail here is truly exceptional. The hospitality manager Stanley is friendly, accommodating, and helpful and makes sure we are comfortable everytime we stay. The concierge team went so far above and beyond during my past visit in December 2025 - they handled probably 30+ packages for

I last stayed over 10 years ago when it was still new. First hotel of 2026. Greeting me by name when arriving at the hotel is a touch sometimes lost on other Four Seasons hotels. Service is on par with the best in the world. Some friends said they heard the rooms were a bit run down now -- not at all; the room is almost as it was 10 years ago with that comfortable bed, prestinely ironed sheets and fluffy pillows. And I like location as I can take walks in the morning along Liangma River or Chaoy
