My family and I had a brilliant holiday and really enjoyed the hotel. There was an issue with a water leak from our room which meant a room move but they dealt with it brilliantly. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were superb and I would like to say how fantastic the bar staff were. They were friendly, welcoming and very quick! We didn’t learn all their names but a big shout to David, Melissa, Isa, Karen and Loli for always being so kind and helpful. They were really kind and helpe

A growth hotel in a super spot not to far from san antonio night life but enough to be able.to chill. Food is solid , something for everyone I would say better than some 4 stars I've stayed at. Room is basic and the only reason a 3 star is the shower in our room wasn't brilliant hot cold other than that a great hotel. Met alot of people.who have been back 4,5 times so says it all really. Good beer san Miguel and plenty of cocktail options on all inclusive
