We had a wonderful experience at the Ritz-Carlton. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly and really made a difference in our stay — especially the teams at the front desk, housekeeping, restaurants, and pool. The room was very spacious with all the amenities you need, a great shower, and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent in both variety and quality, with a mix of classic and local options. My Birthday was extra special here. Breakfast staff is amazing, they went extra mile to make fresh vegan items for us as we are allergic to animal protein. Verde Mar restaurant serves super delicious & fresh food & they were super gentle as well. Rest all the other staff were always smiling & super nice to us. This is already above expectation in Europe in terms of Service. Rest I don’t have to talk about the beautiful location, beach, hotels amenities.
