That was one of the highlights of our trip to Stuttgart. You could easily spend hours there with kids. Our two-and-a-half-year-old son enjoyed it thoroughly! There are also snack rooms where you can rest for a while.

  • There is free parking available for museum visitors -There are two museums - one for Natural Science History with dinosaurs and mammoths and all and another one museum with current animals , birds, insects of the natural world!
  • There is a huge park in between the two museums, around 15 minutes walk
  • There is an awesome playground for children of all ages.

Very nice, small so its doesn’t require a lot of walking. Excellent replication of animals from all around.

Most things are mainly in German, so you will find only around 30% in English but it was just good enough.

Very friendly place, and warm inside.

Great museum with a lot to offer! The displays were engaging, and the historical context was well-presented. The staff was attentive, though the gift shop was overpriced. A few more interactive elements would make it perfect.

Can’t really spend more than an hour here, it’s a small museum n a bit uphill. But the area outside is super nice—feels like a picnic spot or even good for a quick run. If u visiting Wilhelma zoo, u can stop by on ur way back.
