There is a short but steep hiking track in the forest leading to remain of an old fortress.

Worth the visit but it can be tricky to find as Google Maps leads you up the ski slope - do not take the ski slope.

Walk up the road from town to get to the "Peshterite” restaurant.

Just before the restaurant you will cross the bridge over the main river and then take the dirt road straight ahead of you, keeping the restaurant on your right.

There is a sign for Sitan Kale just opposite the restaurant next to the stream but it may be hidden by the trees.

Eschew, irregardless. A long hike up a steep hill to a big pile of nothing, then down again. No view from anywhere. Not worth it.
