I bought my ticket online and just scanned it myself to get in. Worth every penny. The view is amazing. It does get super windy on the open-air platform.

I have always wanted to visit this attraction and it was a great visibility day so we were not disappointed. However.... Service can be a bit slow in the restaurant and in the giftshop service was just terrible, no hello, I'll be right with you, no eye contact.. just standing there waiting to buy a souvenir and being utterly ignored.

We were sat at a dirty table that was never cleaned. We waited over 20 minutes for a cappuccino. We were served the wrong order of fries and the wrong water. Portion of fries was for a young child. The french onion soup was a joke. Absolutely no cheese.
One server was nice out of the 4 that came to our table.
It’s a nice view, but go eat somewhere else.

I've had better breakfasts at cheap hotels, and this is supposed to be a main attraction for the city. It puts the city to shame. The plates we were given were dirty. Nothing tasted good; all are cheaply mass-produced catering stuff. The elevator to the viewing platform didn't work, and these geniuses put extremely slippery iron stairs to 100+ meters hig
