This hotel was great for a few days of our trip!! I will say rooms need some renovations which they did share was happening soon, but did remodel bathrooms! Great view and great location. Alex helped us up to our room after check in, he was great!!! Margo at the pool was incredibly friendly and attentive. She chatted with us about where we were from etc. She was the sweetest! Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Miami was exceptional from start to finish.
