Serious hidden gem. Part of me wanted to not review, so that I can keep this amazing place to myself. However, that would be unfair because the staff here deserve to be celebrated. I can not believe how amazing our stay was. I’ve never had such a great hotel stay. Everything is perfect. We had the one bedroom apartment and it was less than a basic room at many other hotels. I came to this hotel due to a booking error at another hotel, and let me tell you, I am so glad I did. This place is beautiful, and rhe staff was amazing from the time I got here til the time I left. Juan was the staff when I arrived and he was very accommodating and understanding of what I was going through at that time. Although they were booked to the max when I came into their lobby very early hours at like 12am, they got me into a room as soon as one opened. Ruby was helpful at the end

had a great stay at this hotel near Miami Airport. The location is very convenient, especially for early flights or short stays. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful specially Gabriel, Daniel and Amaru, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. The hotel also offers a shuttle to the airport, which is a big plus.
