The rooms and facilities were what we expected of a 5 star hotel, staff were friendly and accomodating. However, what made our stay special was a young gentlement in concierge by the name of Vito Zhou, he went above and beyond in assisting us for over 20minutes. His professionalism and actions are commendable and made our stay a 6 star experience. Thank you sir!

Clean bedding with purified air. Among the most comfortable beds i have been in ever. Just missing the heated toilet seats included in other 5star chains. Excellent sound insulation - great attention to detail, even the elevator was gentle and quiet. Recommend paying the additional fee for the on property dining if you are on business (saves alot of time)
