I had a wonderful experience at the hotel spa thanks to Kato. She did my manicure and pedicure, and the service was absolutely excellent. Great hotel! Service was exceptional, everything from the check in process to room service to restaurant and bar. Room was cleaned every day per request. Breakfast buffet had wide variety of items and all high quality. I did end up booking a vinotherapy treatment at the spa and it was amazing. Manana did an amazing job! Very skilled massage therapist, great customer service and overall an awesome experience. If you have time I would 100% recommend it!
