This place is actually a concept area converted from an old Soviet factory. In the courtyard, there are shops run by designers, studios showcasing various handmade and design products, as well as a wine bar, barbershop, restaurant, pizzeria, and burger place. Every corner offers great photo opportunities, and the walls are covered with graffiti art. Inside, there’s a nice lobby area with a bar and a workspace. Stayed 4 nights. Room was nice, sheets and bathroom were clean. Heating and hot water worked fast, we never felt cold. The building felt old and a bit neglected (walls/floors), maybe because of the factory-style design, but still not great. Staff were helpful overall, but we had one not great experience. It was late and we were hungry. The brochure we got at check-in said there was a shared kitchen on the -1 floor, but when we asked, they said it was closed. We sat in the common area and ate tak
