We were treated exceptionally well by all staff. We were staying at the hotel over our wedding day and each team member treated us with the utmost care and were genuinely thrilled we were spending that experience with them. The front reception staff - Tekin and Andrew in particularly - made us feel incredibly welcomed, and their manager Fazir even draped our room with petals and complimentary chocolate dipped strawberries when we got back after our ceremony. We would highly recommend this hotel

We stay at this iconic hotel 3 or 4 times a year to visit Brisbane and wander around the city. It was built in 1965 and so the rooms are large and quiet overlooking the botanic garden and by the river. It is right by the CBD and close to everything. It has a pool, lounge bar, restaurant and very good service. We love being able to exit the lobby straight into the botanic garden. It's old fashioned but charming and in a great location. Very comfortable king beds.
