We stayed at this hotel recently and had a really lovely time. The main reason for the 5-star rating is the staff, who were absolutely brilliant. We were travelling with our baby, and from the moment we arrived they made us feel genuinely welcome and well looked after. A special mention has to go to Yasser, who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and made us feel truly valued as guests — he deserves real recognition for his excellent service. I went here for my birthday, for 4 nights it was so nice and i loved every minute of it, i do believe the hotel is what makes the holiday so much special. The vista restaurant was yummy and the staff was really friendly and kind, everyone was so nice in the hotel, and the roof top pool was sooo beautiful and fun. Its absolutely crazy how theres 5 pools in this hotel, the rooms are massive for the affordable prices we paid. Im so happy my birthday trip was so beautiful and fun! Im going to come
