From the outset, this has been a wonderful stay. Initial communication via phone, check-in and welcoming, decor and every staff member. The location is excellent and the suite comfy. Fantastic blackout curtains and effective quieting of traffic noise. Marvellous.

Beautiful rooms! Staff were very nice and accommodating. Check in/out was very flexible. Love that you could do laundry! Although I do not suggest the morning of if you’re in a rush. But also high heat dry is not damaging/ pretty normal heat level- so don’t be scared! Reminder to also flip your light blue if you want your room cleaned daily before you leave..otherwise it doesn’t happen ! But agreed getting someone to answer the phone rather it be housekeeping or guest services took some time an
