Excellent hotel! Nice rooms, great service, excellent host, kitchen, microwave, and refrigerator. Great location – right in the city center. Parking is available in the courtyard. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend !!! Mr Nick is really cooperative & helpful. His all team really I went for a short trip and stayed there. Everything was perfect. It really worths. Nearby walkable distance everything is available. Rooms are quite big and peaceful, soundproof as well.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Tbilisi! Old Tbilisi Apart-Hotel was clean, cozy, and perfectly located near all the main attractions. The hosts were kind, offered flexible check-in/out, and even arranged an airport taxi for me. The small kitchen was useful, and everything felt homely. Beds could be a bit more comfortable, but overall, I’d definitely stay here again!
