I had an amazing experience with the Novotel on Collins. We were warmly welcomed by the concierge desk and reception, check in was extremely easy and we were pleased to have been allocated to a room on the top floor. My partner and I were staying to celebrate our anniversary, and the staff had gifted us a complimentary bottle of wine for the occasion. Location is perfect, just a few minutes away from the train station. Room service was quick and the food was decent too. Our main highlight was th

My room was modern, clean and tidy. I ordered room service which took some time to get through (several times I called and the phone rang-out). The food was delicious, when it eventually arrived. (for context this was on Melbourne's hottest day so I suspect allot of guest's decided to dine-in rather than venture into the hot weather). Being recognised as a Gold ALL Accor Member, and the small gift on check-in, was a nice touch. Would stay again.
