I stayed at Novotel last week and had a really great experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and very well maintained. The room was comfortable and well set up, and everything felt smooth and easy from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay even better. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would highly recommend Novotel to anyone visiting the area. I’d definitely stay again.

I had a very enjoyable 2-night stay at the Novotel Melbourne Central this weekend just past. Check-in (at Reception on the 2nd floor) was seamless. Franco was a very polite, friendly and helpful staff member. I was upgraded to a high (33rd) floor room, and appreciated the welcome card and large glass bottle of water in my room. Breakfast, on the 1st floor, was very good. Usual price $38, but if booked in advance, costs only $28. I received a $20 credit on my account for agreeing to forego h
