Best Holiday Ever!!! We recently stayed at the Mitsis Laguna in Crete over the October half-term and it was truly one of the best holidays we’ve ever experienced! Everything was 5-star quality – from the food and drinks at the main restaurant, the beach and pool bars, as well as the Alacarte restaurants, to the services offered, every detail was exceptional!! Our second stay this year! Amazing hotel. The service is great. I'd accidently booked the wrong room type, and we were upgraded for free. Giannis provided excellent service around the pool. Always enough sunbeds. The food at the restaurants are amazing, we can't decide which one is the best! Really enjoyed the pan asian breakfast. Loved the creperie, open all day.
