We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were beyond amazing, truly some of the kindest and most accommodating people we’ve ever met. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with a smile. You can really tell they care about their guests which made our stay feel so special. We had an incredible stay here! From the very beginning, Eva made us feel so welcomed and at home. She did an amazing job communicating with us leading up to our trip, even arranging a tour and transfers, and giving us wonderful restaurant recommendations. She was so helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast was another highlight — Joy prepared it beautifully each morning (only €10 per person), and everything was so fresh and tasty. We stayed at Thira Hotel during our stay in Santorini. I absolutely recommend it, the room was very clean, the pool was clam, the location is perfect just in the centre of Fira and the all the staff were very nice and friendly with us. If one day we come back to Santorini, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.
