Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine warm hearted energy made me feel so welcomed. From your MIA to FTL locations, its clear the team love what they do as it shows through their amazing customer service and cleanliness of the rooms/facilities. 10/10 — Highly recommend!

Honest review: very basic, acceptable level of cleanliness. If you’re fussy with appearance, this place will turn you off as it’s not very appealing the entrance and the hallway. The check in is managed remotely by another company. Seems like an AirBnb situation where the owner just rents out each room - strange setup I must say. Very economical choice in South Beach. WiFi is very good. Served its purpose as a cheap stay low frills for one night.
