We arrived last minute after a long drive from Airlie, and Harry at the front desk went above and beyond to help us with our oversized vehicle that didn't fit in their conventional parking spots. The room was outstanding for the very reasonable price we paid, with superb views overlooking the city. Will definitely stay here again when next in this neck of the woods. Harry you are an absolute legend, thanks again.

Stayed here for the first time normally stay at the one on herschel street as this was cheaper this time around. Room was clean , no real major issues can tell has some wear but can't complain price was good for a long weekend and a 5 star hotel. Service was good , long line when checking in but greeted with a smile. Location still handy , 15 minute walk to central train station. Would recommend if needing to stay in the city.
