Excellent rental rates for Kinshasa. Elevator and general services working correctly. Chinese-managed. Very professional team for repairs. Safe. In 7 months there, I never suffered from power or water cuts. A bit noisy though because of the proximity to Bandal traffic jams and the nearby bars. Not too far from Gombe and city centre. Ideal for frequent travellers: trips to airport were always less than 2 hours even with the worse traffic jams.
