The hotel was very clean and well maintained. All the staff were very polite and respectful which made the stay pleasant! Ms Zizina was so friendly and very helpful when we lost our luggage. She helped us with getting in touch with the local agency to locate and retrieve our luggage. Mr Breakson was great every breakfast, very welcoming, professional and friendly. He answered any queries we had and he has great customer service skills. Overall, the stay was excellent and if I return to Kinshasa
