I chose this hotel because I’m a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member, and I’m very glad I did. Thanks to a generous upgrade, I’ve been enjoying a spacious and comfortable room with a lovely view. The welcome fruit plate was also a thoughtful touch. Last night, a manager visited my room to make sure everything was working properly. I mentioned that the heater wasn’t functioning well, and he and his team responded immediately. They resolved the issue quickly, and the manager even called afterward to
