Ask for Mateo, who is the best waiter we've ever had the luxury of being served by. So informative and extremely knowledgeable concerning the menu and exciting activities in the surrounding area. The utmost attention to detail and Mateo goes well beyond what is expected when it comes to 5 star service. We intend to frequent this hotel as long as Mateo is on the schedule. I cannot rate this hotel and their staff high enough. From the moment we arrived to when we checked out, everything was perfect. The reception staff were so welcoming, food and service at their restaurant was amazing, their bar is lively with great cocktails, and the location can't be beat. Rooms are airy, clean and modern. The hotel is gorgeous and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We WILL be back!!!
