We stayed in Room 1010 on the first floor, & overall, it was a comfortable experience. The room offers ample space, a clean bathroom with reliable hot water, a functional TV with 15 channels, & a well-working AC unit. 🍂 The only drawback was the navy blue silk-style bed sheets—they appeared dirty despite being washed, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. Fresh, clean sheets would make it perfect, & we'd happily return then. Bonus: It's conveniently located for nighttime trips to Gal

One of the worst experiences I had in Juliana Hotel Colombo. I've been to many hotels, but I haven't seen such rude, impolite customer management. The manager, Upul, was very ill-mannered and provided the most disrespectful customer service ever. We should teach him to behave with customers instead of acting like the owner of the hotel itself. We phoned them several times, inquired about the rooms in the hotel, and went on to reserve a booking for a room, but after reaching the place, they said
