I had a pleasant stay at Cinnamon Grand, which is perfectly located in the heart of Colombo. Although I checked in late in the evening, I was warmly welcomed by Manager Rimshad, which made a great first impression. The room was very nice, clean, and spacious, and the room service food was delicious. A big thank you to the Executive Lounge team at Cinnamon Grand Colombo. Special appreciation goes to Dilan Danuka, Mahesh, and Dishera—they were incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and fun. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety, and the staff were very helpful and attentive. The front desk team also provided excellent service, making the overall experience smooth and pleasant.
