Beautiful hotel and nothing was too much trouble! Rooftop pool was beautiful, service with a smile in the rooftop restaurant also. Buffet breakfast was delicious with a great variety of food on offer. The lady on reception (I think her name is Chathurika) was extremely helpful organising a cake for my partner’s birthday on arrival, and it was in our room that day complete with candles and matches ! Excellent attention to detail, she deserves a special mention! I would highly recommend this hotel

We stayed at Jetwing Colombo 7 to celebrate our son’s first birthday, and our experience was exceptional from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very well equipped, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast buffet was small, but everything offered was absolutely delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The staff truly made our stay special — everyone was friendly, attentive, and eager to help.
