Excellent value for money, all the amenities that are expected these days and more. Hotel staff extremely friendly and welcoming, Dragov and Mikis were very friendly to me and my nephew and went above and beyond to make our stay feel amazing. Great food and drink in the evening all home cooked, they have a grill and proper pizza oven, as well as chefs occasional chefs specials and a nice fireplace by the tables. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Iceberg in Bansko. The reception staff, Tanya and Victoria, were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Tanya helped sort out two massages for me with Albena. Tony in the Restaurant was very attentive on both nights that I ate in the restaurant. The service was very good. The room was comfortable and warm. It had a kettle and fridge which I was pleased about. The was a huge selection of food for breakfast. I would definitely stay at Hotel Iceberg again.
