The place is excellent for families; the rooms are comfortable and have basic amenities. The only issue is that they didn't change my towels when they cleaned me, and the receptionist wasn't friendly, unlike the lady who was pleasant.

The rooms are very basic; there's no hot water because, supposedly, there's a solar water heater, but there's no water in the morning, afternoon, or evening either. The pool water is always cold. They tell you to bring a grill, but then it turns out there isn't one.
