All the staff work hard to make their members and guests feel at home. Hugh kindly accommodated some pre-visit special requests. That was a great help. We are long time members of Intrawest/Embarc and have visited more of the original club locations on numerous occasions. We are pleased what Hilton has done for all the club locations. It still feels like home, with more amenities than before. This location also has two restaurants, plus food service and drinks served at the pool. The food is all

Love the view but hate the wood shutter doors in the room. You can have a view or an air-conditioned room. They should have sliding glass doors. Love the North Playa Ropa location. Shady beach, adult pool with swim up bar, and cabanas at no extra charge. You'll be walking many stairs here but I just took it off the time I'd be working out. The staff is friendly and helpful, we had a great time.
